Reservations & Refunds

1) Email us to info@spanishinagualivar.com and consult us the availability for the dates you are interested in.

2) Enrol in the chosen course and pay a deposit (15%).

The course fee is payable in full no less than four weeks before the start date of the course. We reserve the right to cancel any course that has not been paid on time and correctly.

All the prices at our website are per week and student.

The total sum must be received at least 4 weeks in advance the course starts.

All bank charges will be responsability of the student. In the case the bank charges us a commission for receipt of the student payment, we reserve the right to charge them this sum upon their arrival.

Prices are valid until 31st of December 2017.

Agualivar is not responsible for printing errors that may appear or for errors in publications by third parties.

The deposit fee (180€/week and student) will not be refund in any case.

Cancellations must be made in writing (letter, telegram, e-mail or fax). Written evidence of the cancellation is required and therefore cancellations made by telephone will not be deemed valid.

In case of cancellations, we will refund you the following amounts depending on the dates:

100% of the total amount (except the deposit) before 4 weeks of the starting date.

20% of the total amount (except the deposit) between 29 and 15 days before the starting date.

No refund shall be granted in the two weeks prior to the start of the course.

Agualivar reserves the right to accept students aged 16 or under in exceptional cases.

In cases of serious disciplinary offence, repeated bad behavior or infringement of the rules of Agualivar school, the student will be expelled from the school and accommodation without the right to a refund.

In case damages are caused to third parties, all expenses incurred by Agualivar and originating from the mentioned incident will be charged to the student, who will have no right to later claims.

At Agualivar, the respect for the rules is essential. Students study and live with our family, sharing the commun spaces. If students don’t follow the rules established, it will be cause for expulsion without right to refund. Some examples of bad behaviors are: having guests stay overnight, making loud noises, smoking in bedrooms, having parties, the consumption of alcohol, the consumption of any narcotic or harmful substance, any other conduct that Agualivar considers inappropriate.

TRAVEL INSURANCE COVERAGE: Agualivar Spanish School reccommends all students to have a medical and personal liability insurance coverage.

PHOTOGRAPHY AND FILM MATERIAL: By accepting Agualivar Spanish School terms and conditions, the student accepts that Agualivar Spanish School freely can use this material, that has been created by Agualivar’s staff without asking further approval from the student.

LIABILITY AND FORCE MAJEURE: Agualivar Spanish School will not be liable or responsible for any loss, damage, inconvenience, delay in performance, or failure to perform in connection with the provision of any goods or services due to causes beyond Agualivar’s reasonable control, including but not limited to force majeure, fire, natural disaster, acts of government, failure of suppliers or subcontractors, labor disputes or civil unrest, criminal, terrorist or threatened terrorist activities of any kind, public health emergencies, any negligent or willful act or failure to act by any third party, or any other cause beyond the direct control of Agualivar Spanish School. These conditions do not affect your rights as defined by the consumer protection laws in your host country.

Making Courses

Our experience says yes. We adapt and customize each immersion course for every student and work only with very small groups. This is our advantage, we are always with the students, 24 hours a day. And we become to know better the needs of our students and in consequence we usually know better how to help them.

Yes, absolutely. But only if you want. Our immersion programs are designed to take advantage of your time. Our family and us, the teachers, live together with you, and it is up to you to participate in all the activities that we can organize every day. If you prefer going to the beach, sunbathing or going to visit some place by yourself, we will be more than happy to help and give you all the information you could need.

Of course not, tell us what is your need and we will try to make tastefull and nice meals every day for you, as far as possible. If you are vegan or vegetarian, take into account that our family is not. But we are happy to learn new recipes with your help. Come with us to the kitchen and prepare your own food. Our house is not a hotel, we open de doors of our house to the students that decide to come to Agualivar.

1) The fastest and direct way to get our school is by taxi. We can send you a local Taxi driver who will be waiting for you in the Airport Hall with your name on a card. With this option, you will be at home in only 45 minutes with a reliable taxi driver. Price is 60€ (one way, 1-4 people) – 115€ (round trip, 1-4 people). We only need to confirm your flight number and arrival time.
2) Public Bus/Train: Cheapest option. But also it is the option that last more in weekends, because there are less buses.
– First, you take a Bus or Train from the Airport to Málaga Bus Station / Málaga Train Station. (These stations are side by side).
– Then, take a Bus from Málaga Bus Station to Lagos (Málaga): There are less busses on Sundays. It lasts one hour. We will pick you up at Lagos Bus Stop. This is the website to check the timetable. www.alsa.es
3) Rent a car. Tell us and we will send you a document with the way to get Agualivar by car.
Please, when you decide, tell us which way are you going to choose. That way we can organize to pick you up.
We recommend making transfer reservation in advance. Summer time, Easter and weekends there are many passengers at Malaga airport.

We have a Spanish program for residents. All the materials are included and we always have coffe and tea for you! 😉
Eight hours pack per person is needed to book this program.
You have 90 days to complete your 8 lessons. It is needed to attend 2 hours a week as minimum.
Groups are up to 4 people with the same level.
